Karen Grant at The Little Sanctuary makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, with respect to the:- accuracy, relevancy, or quality of information.

And does not assume and hereby disclaims any liability to any person or entity for any loss or damages including without limitation, physical, mental, special , indirect incidental.

Or consequential caused in regard to any information and or any suggestion(s) or advice provided to you

through this service by Karen or anyone else associated with The Little Sanctuary, or as a result of your use of this service.

Regardless of whether resulting from negligence, accident, or any other cause whatsoever.

Health or medical related advice given by Karen or anyone else associated with The Little Sanctuary should be

checked out by a licensed medical practitioner before being acted upon.

Those under 18 years of age must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.

Please note that any readings undertaken by Karen are for entertainment purposes only.

Please also note that any Holistic & Beauty Therapies carried out by Karen are fully Insured by The Guild of
Professional Holistic & Beauty Therapists Association. Membership no: 48894.

Karen is a full committee member of the Basildon Branch of the ISM ( Institute of Spiritualist Mediums) which has been established since 1956.

They are an organisation dedicated to Training & Development for Spiritual Communication. They also help mediums to become RAM ( Registered Accredited Mediums).

CANCELLATION POLICY - Please note this Policy has been written in conjunction with The Consumers Right Act 2015

For ALL Party Bookings - once a date has been offered to you, a £10.00 P/P Deposit, is Due in order to reserve the date.
This will need to be paid via a BACS Transfer, see the How to Pay Menu.
Party Bookings - The remaining, and final Balance of £20.00 Per person, will be due on the day of your Party, in Cash.
Payment for Private 1-1 Readings - Once a date has been booked a £10.00 Non Refundable deposit will be due.
For 1-1 readings 72 Hours Notice is required to Cancel the Booking, if you don't want to lose your deposit, and be offered another date.
Bookings are taken sometimes months in advance and I hold dates, hence the requirement to take Deposits.
As soon as a Date has been offered to you, and an Appointment has been Booked and Confirmed, and Payment has been requested,
and Paid by You, at this point, You have entered into an Agreement with Karen Grant ,who will provide you with a Service, albeit a Spiritual Reading, or a Therapy Session in exchange for Money. All prices are quoted clearly on the website under the relevant Menu option.
